• Conceptual Design Package - Development of Design Sketches illustrating alternative design options consisting of site plans, floor plans and elevations depicting the project.

• Presentation Materials - Graphic Renderings & Scale Models for presentation to local authorities & Financing Sources.

• Project Budgeting - Development of project costs for all aspects of the building program.

• Construction Documents - Preparation of plans & specifications identifying the work of all trades of the construction project.
