150 units: New multi-phased Garden 2 bedroom Apartment Complex with a 2,250 sq ft Clubhouse facility.

275 Units: Two new Retirement Housing developments: a twelve story building with 90 one bedroom units and a five story building with 75 one bedroom units.

100 units: New 10 story Housing for the Elderly Apartment building with 1 and 2 bedroom units and a community Activity Room.

45 units: New multi-level Congregate Living Facility consisting of Studios & One Bedroom units on a 1.47 acre site. Amenities include Sitting Rooms; a Solarium; a Kitchen; a Laundry Room; a Managers Apartment; Office; and Storage. Parking for 70 Cars.

52 units: New 5 story Retirement Apartment Complex on 1/2 acre site featuring one and two bedroom Apartment units.

20 units: Renovation & Addition to Hotel landmark consisting of: a new entrance Canopy; rotunda Lobby renovations with a new Reception desk, Toilet facilities & HC lift (2,500 sq ft); a Hotel Administration & Executive Office Suite (2,600 sq ft); Tenant fitout for a new Coffee Shop (1,000 sq ft); conversion of one floor to 18 new Apartment units - 6 Studios, 10, 1 Bedroom units & 2, 2 Bedroom units (17,000 sq ft); a new 7 story addition for 4 new Apartments & 50 Parking spaces with 2 vehicle Elevators (43,000 sq ft); a new Fitness Room; new Laundry facilities; and a Manager’s Office.
