Project: Renovation & Addition to Hotel landmark consisting of: a new entrance Canopy; rotunda Lobby renovations with a new Reception desk, Toilet facilities & HC lift (2,500 sq ft); a Hotel Administration & Executive Office Suite (2,600 sq ft); Tenant fitout for a new Coffee Shop (1,000 sq ft); conversion of one floor to 18 new Apartment units - 6 Studios, 10, 1 Bedroom units & 2, 2 Bedroom units (17,000 sq ft); a new 7 story addition for 4 new Apartments & 50 Parking spaces with 2 vehicle Elevators (43,000 sq ft); a new Fitness Room; new Laundry facilities; and a Manager’s Office.
The project also included extensive building system upgrades to the Electrical service, Mechanical & Fire Protection systems.

Features: The addition was designed to tie into the character of the existing building.
